β β β β β This place has terrible reviews because of its ridiculously bad service. Waited in a 15 minute queue, to order and wait 15 minutes? Fast food?? Total embarrassment. Why is only 1 automated till open? There's 12 manual and a queue of 15 people? Genuinely terrible.

β β β β β A really convenient and efficient Burger King. Right in the hall between the Schiphol Departures area and the Train Station. You get your standard Burger King menus and Burgers here and everytime I've been here the quality and service have been above par for a restaurant of this type. It's clean, open late and there's seating. The new automated ordering points also make it even easier now

β β β β β What is the problem with this Manager?
The friendly service worker explained to me the reason why the vegetarian whopper tastes like meat is because itβs contaminated with the meat fat because they donβt clean the machines inbetween due to time. (Ewww) Once the manager showed up he got very aggressive towards the friendly service worker and denied an mistake and even admited they donβt have to clean it inbetween vegetarian options or meat. Eww. He then pushed the female service worker away / physicaly!

β β β β β Truly shocking ineptitude here. Workers mill about lackadaisically behind the counter while customers stand 20-30 minutes waiting to place an order. Two cash register lanes with no one manning the registers. Whoever owns this restaurant should take an interest and start training workers to work with at least a hint of efficiency. Didnβt even bother to order - left the line after ten minutes of astonished worker-watching.

β β β β β Incredibly overpriced - 10β¬ is the cheapest meal they offer.
The service is very very slow paced (thought it was a fast food store). They "offer" for a bunch of stuff like sauce and they have the audacity to charge 2β¬ for it.
The system is very dated, you can't even order on electronic stands, you have to wait on one of 3 lines with 10 persons each. And when its ready you dont even have a number for your order, it is like "who asked a X and Y" and people get confused not knowing it its theirs or not.

you.have to place your order at one of the touch screens in front of the restaurant. you receive a receipt and wait for your order.

β β β β β I don't know why this place have terrible reviews. The place is always very crowded, so why go there if it's so bad? The food is always made fresh, because you have to wait because it's always busy. The seating area is maybe a bit small, and not always clean with so many customers coming by. In general not a bad place for a fast food chain restaurants.
