When I was waiting to pay for the sandwich I'd just selected, the girl behind the counter apparently took offense about me absentmindedly not hanging their tongs back up in the proper spot and slammed them back onto their hook loud enough to completely startle me. I know I exhibit this sort of behavior and even more so under the stress of airport travel, so I attempted to apologize. She chose to pretend she hadn't done anything at all and nothing had happened, but then proceeded to speak with a coworker in whatever language they did, to obscure their conversation and whispered as well. Realizing I didn't know what they were saying, she made me out to be the bad guy and joyfully, smirked right in my face while whomever she spoke with tried to blame me. And then they all did the classic, lazy, completely rude, make the person wait move, totally ignoring me and my ready to go purchase. After waiting a few moments I walked away without anything except being treated like a jerk. Which I am not. I recommend not walking all the way to the end of this terminal unless you have to and definitely getting your food before you feel stuck with this lot. In fact even if you're that far, turn back and go where they make the fresh orange juice. They were friendly and it was worth the extra walk back.
G	Gis Barboza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service skills. Food is just OK. Asked for a reprint of the receipt and the clerk refused to do it. This is a business trip and this will cause a lot of trouble. He did not ask if I needed one when I ordered.

I ordered and PAID a cafe creme and they asked me if I wanted sugar or milk, so I said the cafe creme comes with milk, and they just served me a black coffee, gave me 2 of those little creams that they serve in the planes and said “there’s your milk”...
R	Rosa Isaia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staff, paid 17 euro for a muffin a bottle of water and a latte, I paid contactless so i didnt really paid attention to the amount shown, they didn't give me a receipt, she didnt ask me if I wanted one, checked with my bank how much I had payed just to be sure, when I asked why I paid that much if prices were shown there and I should have payed around 9 euro. The lady was very rude and told me that without the receipt she couldn't do much. When the manager came he addressed the problem to my bank and commissions and asked me if I wanted a couple of bottles of water for the inconvenience (thought the fault wasn't theirs, was it?). Didnt get a compensation unfortunately.

E	Ed Bouwman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the first place the food looks ok. It’s not really a wide selection. Some rolls and you can get a salad. I find the restaurant pricey. Just check the photos I made from the menu. What really saved this journey was the beer. It’s was cold and it tasted great. The restaurant is cozy and there is even a table where you can recharge your electronic equipment.
