It was a good well organized hotel considering it is inside the airport. It has capsule room concept having cozy bed and attached small restroom. Only thing is that it doesn't provide anything like complementary water, coffee machine/hair dryer. Overall it's good for night stay at airport.

Very good to relax between long connections. Rooms have adequate amenities. The best part is that the hotel is located in transit area after security. So can walk straight to the gates when it's time for the flights.

First time experiencing a Yotel. It was a good experience. It made getting to my connection in the morning a breeze. The bed was comfortable enough for me, as I was already exhausted. I was expecting to have hand lotion, a hand towel, and a washcloth provided, but, there wasn't any. Also wished they could have provided some bottled water and granola bars for breakfast/snack in the room.

Hotel staff was unhelpful and frankly racist. They completely ignored nonwhite european customers including myself and an African decent man. Flat out refusing to offer a room until I called phone customer service even though I had a room booked prior to arrival. 0/5 stars would not recommend.

Comfortable bed. Great shower. Amazing location and easy to book. This was a lifesaver during my long layover! Only comments would be I couldn’t get the TV to work and it was a little stuffy in the room. But nothing too bad. Overall a great experience.

Perfect if you need to sleep during a long layover. Was sufficiently clean and quiet. The best thing is its location inside the terminal meaning that you do not need to exit and reenter security check points. You just roll out and head straight to your gate in the morning. The concept is a little gimmicky and I wouldn't pay for it (~ 230 euros) if I was not stuck in the terminal. Some basic functions are made overly complicated like simply turning off/on lights. The room was very warm and stuffy with no in-room control of the thermostat. Call the front desk/mission control and they will "do their best" to make the room a little colder. Wifi was very unreliable also with constant disconnection. If your party is larger than 2, there is no option for you to be in one room which would significantly increase the cost of a stay. My biggest issue (which could be easily rectified by a standard policy of basic hospitality or adjusting your own expectations) is the lack of drinking water in the room. No small bottle, not even a cup is provided should you want to drink tap/faucet water. No microwave, kettle, coffee, tea - anything in the room. Just clean towels and bedding. I'm guessing it's not designed as a typical hotel experience. It serves a different niche - so maybe it shouldn't be categorized as a hotel? It fits the bill in the most basic way. But with a tiny bit more thought and accommodation towards guest needs, it could easily become a five star experience. Not yet though. If there is a next time I'll likely try elsewhere.

It's centrally located at Schiphol airport near the food courts. But rooms are not easily available. So better book in advance. Note: If you can't get rooms there recliners are available in plenty for overnight sleep. And the public toilets are excellently clean.

good option if you want a proper sleep during your stopover. Tiny capsules but with comfortable bed. Clean and very quiet. Shower and toilet in the same space. Convenient but also makes it feel like your bed is in the bathroom... Good for sleeping but as a hangout place I reckon one of the paid lounges is a better and less claustrophobic option.
