★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heb mijn achterband (binnen en buitenband) laten vervangen ik ben zelfs voor de duurdere optie gegaan in buitenband.
Deze was na 1 rit weer lek.
Werd me aan de telefoon doodleuk verteld dat het aan duizenden dingen kan liggen maar dat ze best wilde kijken.
Heb mijn band toen maar zelf geplakt.
 Have my rear tire (inner tube and tire) replaced, I even went for the more expensive option in tire.
This was leak again after 1 trip.
I was told on the phone that it could be due to thousands of things but that she wanted to watch.
I then stuck my tape myself.

De negatieve reacties hieronder lees ik met verbazing. Ze zijn inhoudelijk ook onbegrijpelijk. Een voorbeeld hiervan, bij een lekke band: 'Werd me aan de telefoon doodleuk verteld dat het aan duizenden dingen kan liggen maar dat ze best wilde kijken' (Glenn Baaijens).Lijkt mij een zeer adequate reactie van een fietsenmaker. Hoe kom je erop om daarover te gaan klagen?
The most reliable bicycle repair shop I've ever had. I appreciate the honesty and directness of these people. Much better than gibberish and then not delivering. I am amazed at the negative reactions below. They are also incomprehensible in terms of content. An example of this, with a flat tire: 'I was told on the phone that it could be a thousand things, but that she was willing to look' (Glenn Baaijens) Seems to me a very adequate response from a bicycle repairman. How do you get to complain about that?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Echt een heel fijne fietsenmaker. Heel goede en snelle service. Fantastisch om zo' n fietsenmaker in de buurt te hebben.
A really nice bike mechanic. Very good and fast service. It's fantastic to have such a bicycle repair shop nearby.

I’m so grateful for their help, thank you guys! Sorry the little man started crying at the end, but thanks for being professionals the entire way through!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like the sign says they repair All bikes. After being told by two other shops the repair was too complicated they repaired it on the spot for very reasonable cost. This is our regular spot now even tho we live next to another bike shop. Quick and friendly service every time!
