★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hope to get a better coffee. Unfortunately the coffee machines are the same as everywhere else at Schiphol. The raisin roll was cold and really dry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn't let me buy a bottle of water while my flight was delayed because it was 9.15pm. Not representative of the service I received elsewhere in Amsterdam but very little in this airport is.
To add: 3 members of staff tidying as they close (fair), me standing with a 2 euro coin and being sent 1km back to the main terminal (a little unfair).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick stop over on Amsterdam airport. Looking for a good coffee. Got a very small Latte Macchiato made with a fully automated coffee machine. Taste was poor, but price was 4,20€. I am really not a Starbucks lover, but at least you know what you get.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced for a tiny bread and very poor taste. Worst thing is that they refused to refill my water bottle ? They are selling sustainable green washing. Very sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place I have ever been and super overpriced. Just walk 5 m more and buy something in a different place. Customer service=0 and sustainability is also zero. Greenwashing as it best. I believe they think that because they sell a bottled water that can be „refill“, because they dont offer refilling of water bottles, saying that it will give 10 times more water is sustainable. With fair zero and it also has the worst manager I would ever find, very unfriendly.
