Great drinks, let yourself be surprised and you might discover your new favorite drink. An unique experience and a very cozy place with great people (and of course the mentioned great drinks) to boost. It’s certainly worth experiencing. The next time we’re in Amsterdam we will definitely visit again. Our only regret is not discovering this place sooner.

No menu, but if you have a vague Idea of what you like you will be satisfied. Fantastic cocktails, incredibly friendly people. If home wasn't 500km away this would be my go to bar. I promise I will return when I get back into town

Great beer selection. Great cafe in the 9 streets area. Menu is limited to snacks and whatnot. Fantastic ambiance, super cozy, "heel gezellig". Formerly Cafe Wheels. Owners are local Amsterdam'ers and very friendly. We were regulars at Cafe Wheels and are looking forward to being regulars here.

If you come to Amsterdam this bar is a must! The staff are amazing and the wine is unreal! Genuinely couldn't reccomend a bar any higher than this bar!

? Stopped by for a drink based on the excellent reviews and we were not disappointed - unbelievable espresso martini - cheerful service and great decor inside. If you’re looking for great cocktails/drinks - this place is a must! ?????

The guys in the bar are such great fun and really welcoming. They made the end of our visit really special. We'll definitely be returning for a beer or 4 when we are back next. Our new favourite bar. Sabrina, Flick and George.... We'll see you very soon.

Known in previous reincarnations as Cafe Het Wolfje and Cafe Wheels, Cafe Le Loup (French for The Wolf) in the 9 Streets' Wolvenstraat, is a charming brown Cafe which is rapidly gaining a reputation for having some of the best cocktails in town. The bar also serves draught beer from Heineken, Affligem and Brewdog, an assortment of spirits and liquers and a nice selection of wines. They also make a decent cup of coffee. Besides seating at the bar, there are several tables, as well as an outside terrace with protective shields. An overhead projector is available for sports events coverage. Staff are super friendly and the bar attracts an international clientele. Visibly missing are a wifi password and a bar snacks menu. This is a great place to go to for pre or post dinner drinks, especially when combined with a visit to one of the 9 Streets' numerous restaurants.

Stopped in on our first day of our trip. Stopped in several other places as well but this became our hands-down favorite and way to cap our evening. Why? Let me count the ways: 1- Friendliest staff ever. There's a reason anyone who's ever been once is greeted the next time with a hug: they are the sweetest, funniest and strangely compassionate people around. I'm pretty sure if we come back next year they will remember our names and drink preferences. 2- Uh-may-zing drinks. If Sabrina was a chef she'd have a Michelin star. Watch the way she crafts- absolutely nothing is left to chance. Don't even order a specific drink, just give her a base to work with and let her formulate for you- you will NOT be disappointed. 3- Felicity. She's a joy, a pleasure, cheery and delightful. And yes that makes her the truly literal definition of the word, topped off with a shiny bow of Irish brogue. 4- These ladies will work their butts off to make you happy. Amsterdam may not believe in tipping but if you're from somewhere that does please show them your appreciation :)
