★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I are working in Amsterdam for a few weeks, and this cafe is located near our job. We looked at their menu online prior to arriving and were pleased with the selection.
Upon arriving, all of the outdoor tables were taken, but the indoor seating was completely vacant, aside from one couple.
There were two girls working behind the bar when we walked in, who didn't look up or greet us, but as I'm sure they were busy filling orders, this was fine. We chose our seats and waited.
Twenty minutes went by before any sort of acknowledgement from the staff. This is not an exaggeration.
One of the girls finally asked what she could get for us. We ordered a cappuccino and beer and asked if we could see a menu. The girl walked outside and brought back a menu from the restaurant two doors down.
We were very confused, as the restaurant has a lunch and dinner menu posted on their website, and the menu from the restaurant next door is a different sort of food menu altogether.
We decided we would just finish our drinks and leave. We then spent twenty minutes trying to catch someone's attention to ask for the bill. After requesting the bill, the bill was not brought for another 10 minutes. We paid our bill (still tipped, because we are Americans after all) and left to find somewhere to eat.

Bugers here are awesome too. Not much of beer collection though. But a great place to hangout and chill with friends for dinner after a party or pooling. Overall great experience ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy bar/cafe, good terrace heating for the cold winter days and still sit outside! Service can be a bit faster outside but that could just be our bad luck that day. for the rest nice place to enjoy a drink before you head out in to the city centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice restaurant, good choices and vegetarian options. I had a lovely spinach/cheese burger and the prices were not high. I'm sad to say though that there was only 1 staff member ordering, bringing and cleaning. She did a good job, but I didn't like seeing her doing it all alone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found this place randomly and hadn't had any Breakfast. We made up for it here as the portions were so big. Nice relaxed simple little cafe with delicious food and good coffee.

Price is reasonable, especially compared with the other cafes in the area.
Coffee is really really nice.
Highly recommend to have lunch here.
And I love the music they play here.
