I come in as a girl asking for some help just to put the chain back into my bike because I couldn't manage it myself. I ended up paying €16. The store takes advantage of your situation and rips you off.

Whatever was done on my bike ended up lasting for 3 days before breaking completely. I think I'll give up and simply buy a new bike, but certainly not from this shop, I don't want it falling apart on the way home.

Took my racing bike here the other day. I explain the problem, probably had to do with the back wheel or pedal system. The guy doesn't really seem to listen, but tells me he takes a look. I come back, he says it's "fixed". Filled my tires and lubed the bike chains, 15e... Thanks, could've also done that myself. I'll go to another bike store next time that's actually interested of fixing my bike...

Really do not recommend this place. I asked them to fix the back break and that's what they wrote on the ticket while I was there. However, when I came to pick it up the price was double and they said that's because they fixed both breaks (I didn't ask for that). They lied to me and said that it was on the ticket that I wanted both breaks fixed (they added it by hand after I left). On top of that, they actually didn't even change the cable of my front break!! Save yourself the hassle and bring your bike to a more reliable place.

Generally nice people working there, but it always feels that when I take my bike for a repair, they fix one thing but then something else is broken. Find myself needing to go back for repairs every 2-3 months, which should not happen if the repairs are done properly. I have a very good quality bike, so it should last much longer between repairs. Something not right here...I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

While the repairs are reasonably good (as you should expect from a bike repair shop - no extra points here) the service is quite poor. For the second time now, the prices indicated upon request at the time I brought my bike were substantially lower than those charged upon retrieval. Especially for a bike shop with a monopoly on campus, this is very disappointing. Also, when I remarked that the prices differed a lot, I could not discuss anything, a simple "then we keep the bike here until tomorrow and you can discuss with my colleague" was the answer; as if I did not need the bike today. For me that was the last time I brought my bike there.

Very bad service. I have been here two times and both times they messed up my bike. This second time I wanted to replace my back tire, which they did. However, they forgot to tighten a screw and I lost control of my brakes the moment I left the campus. The next day they were questioning whether or not the error was theirs or not. This person repaired the bike, but now I have problems with scaling the gears up or down. I repeat the bike did not have any problem with the gear or breaks before. Just try to avoid this shop, that is the best advice.

I brought my road (gravel) bike with the seat tube mount and front disk brake issues, I also asked them to adjust the rear derailleur. Mechanics fixed everything… but they didn’t even try to listen to me: they adjusted the height of the saddle the way they wanted (even though I precisely indicated what I need) and they enforced me to pay before any questions for their work. Finally, they lubed my chain with some cheap liquid, which I didn’t ask (I use paraffin lubricant) and they've managed to get the brake disc dirty in it, making it squeak terribly. After my polite complaint, they insisted that they knew better what I needed. I’ve been riding my bike for 3 years and did not encounter such an attitude of mechanics. If you do have a choice and care about how exactly is your bike serviced - find another bike shop.
