I cannot say enough good things about Talitha. My spouse and I have lived in places all around the world and had our companion animals with us. If you love your animals, you know it is so critical to find an outstanding veterinarian, for the care and love this person shows your pet may be the difference between life and death. Talitha is the kind of veterinarian that is a gem to find, for she is loving to the animals, she works tirelessly on their behalf, and she is a gifted practitioner. Caressa’s new clinic in Rotterdam, has state-of-the-art equipment and is a beautiful environment. It is the kind of place that you want your animals, healthy or ill to have the opportunity to be treated at. Talitha and the clinic deserve the highest praise and this is where you need to go to give the animals you love the best available care.

Great service! I brought my dog in for her stamp to go to the UK and the worming. She was treated very well. We were both very happy with the service and all the happy people working here.

Dear Caressa, I just had one of the most endearing conversations with one of your vets Anouk. Not only did she take the time to help me find out what was wrong with my cat, but she also called me back after closing time, which meant alot. She seems to really care & was totally professional with any information including possible transportation to get to & from the clinic. We have been to Caressa Dierenkliniek Walenburg before & I highly recommend Caressa as a solution for animals. :)

My little dog was sterilized here a couple of weeks ago. I was really worried about the procedure, but everything went really smoothly. The scar healed very well, and with the help of painkillers she was back to normal after a couple of days. The veterinarians are very friendly, they even called the next day to make sure everything was okay. Definitely recommended!

I ended up here around 3 in the morning with my pug who has having a long seizure. The vet who saw us was so incredibly kind and sweet with us (even though I'm sure I woke her up). I even called a few more times during the night for reassurance and information and she was wonderful about it. I was so pleased with the help I received.

Dear Caressa, We have been faced with very unpleasant encounter at this clinic today. We have been visiting this clinic for almost 3 years. We did have a good time to be with the staff of this clinic. We still chose this clinic even we moved to other place, unfortunately, all the good memories were destroyed by the staffs working on Monday today. Our little bunny broke one of her back leg Sunday late evening. Then we sent the bunny to your clinic early morning today without any appointment because we did trust your clinic and would like to give her best treatment. Thank you for giving her examine and some medicine without appointment. Then the staff told us that the bunny was needed to have a surgery otherwise just give her euthanasia. To be honest, it is hard for us to receive this news. We discussed and would like to visit other vets to see if we could another solution. However, the staffs refused to give us bunny back. Here is the first point why we make this complaint. Caressa staffs did not give us an acceptable reason to explain why we could not take bunny back. They said " a lot of clients could not pay high treatment fee then clients gave up their pets'. Couldn't your staff check our records from your system and give us a more acceptable reason? To be honest, how could your staff presuppose that a lot of clients would not take care of their animals anymore because of financial problem? Does any authority give you rights to impound animals in your clinic without any negative evidences or sentence from court? We questioned your clinic staffs action, while your staffs said this was Caressa rule. They excused their boss and manager were all very busy then could not communicate with us. We tired our best to contact a vet, but he was busy with his work. He let us directly take the bunny to his clinic sooner. Still, your clinic staffs refused to give us bunny back. We asked around and then finally found a vet. I let my Dutch colleague communicate with Caressa clinic, however, your staff emphasized the reason that they did not give us bunny back because they thought we would not take care of the bunny anymore without any appointment from other vet. Ironically, we came to Caressa clinic almost 3 years. We spent more than two thousand euro for pet treatments. How could your staff just propose this result without any investigation? We felt we got unfair treatment from Caressa clinic staffs. And we ruined our whole work day because of your clinic staffs requirements, therefore we have to work extra day for the waist day. If you were us, would you feel happy to listen to these comments, negative action assumption? I came to Caressa to take my bunny back. Of course, I was very unhappy and could not control my emotion. I am very sorry for my bad attitude. Unfortunately, I was so luck to see typical failure customer service. My second complaint point is about the service of these staffs. I became a difficult client because of suffering unfair treatment from your clinic staffs. To be honest, these staffs need to have service training. Clinic does not make money, you have turnovers because of clients. It is important to give us good service. I saw a lot of companies to deal with the difficult clients. Firstly, staff needs to calm down and try to comfort clients. Your staffs tried but none of them could control their temper. My husband had a very good attitude towards the staffs, however, still got the unfair treatment. That was why, do not blame why you have difficult clients. You could not expect to have all the easy going clients just like we could not expect what kind of treatment that we would get from animal clinic. Secondly, staff needs to have patient to listen to client even though the client was angry. The fact was that I argued with four staffs at the same time. One of your staff even pointed at me with her index finger. They complaint I did not listen to them, vice versa, none of them would like to listen to their client First. As your staffs wish, we will never be back.

My cat fell off the roof and I brought her in early in the morning (8:30). It was busy, no doctor had time to meet me, the cat was taken. A few hours later they called me saying she probably broke her legs in three places, but still needed to take photos and probably go to another hospital. I had no car, so arranged a car to be able to bring her there that day. I waited more and then around 13 called again, but there was still no news. After an hour they called me and said the photos showed she had teared ACL's and that she could only be helped Monday morning. No doctor met me, no photos were shown, no receipt was sent, also I got the car for nothing, but alright, they were busy so I sort of understood. However, Monday at the other hospital within a minute the doctor said it's not her ACL's, it turned out that her hipbone was out of its socket. My cat spent three days with her hipbone out of its socket after a wrong diagnosis that cost me 300 euros. I got a good apology from the first doctor, I'd say the doctor itself explained me well what happened and she was obviously sorry about her mistake. However, the manager diminished this whole apology by saying the good thing was they sent me to a good hospital in the Hague.. That had to clean up their mess. The manager was unresponsive and after weeks of going back and forth they refund 120 euros. I paid 180 euros for a wrong diagnosis and a cat with her hip out of her socket for three full days.

Because of their unprofessionality and bad advice they made me vaccinate my puppy 2 times for rabbies and parvovirus. They couldn’t read second countries vaccinations stickers right from other countries vaccinaton pass and made me believe that she is not vaccinated which i please them to check again as I contacted breeder and approve one more time that everything is done correctly and explained to β€˜doctor’ afterwards . She start to make me scary about that my dog is here illegally because of not having necessary vaccinations (although all necessary vaccines was done and she just needed next shot instead she started all the course from beginning). She also approved that even if she is already vaccinated it’s nothing bad to do it again and that it’s not possible to overvaccinate too much. All about money and making your pet to come back more and more. Also they try to force me to feeding kibble when i made clear that im decided to raw feeding my pup. Never going back
