I have waited for my order for more than 2 hours, in the meantime I have called twice and was lied to about that delivery.As a cherry on the cake comes a fact that main office called me to apologize next day (very thoughtful) and they offered voucher, which never came, also email to ask what happened was never answered.

I ordered online and when I got to the store someone told me my order was coming and I waited another half-hour. I was upset. I told them I had been waiting a long time for something I ordered hours ago. Apparently there was a mix up and my order wasn't in the computer (so I'm not sure why the other person told me my order was coming). They were actually very nice about it and gave me extra sushi.

L	Lauren Bauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not have extremely high standards for this sushi and it was relatively inexpensive, but I was really disappointed that the avocado used in all my sushi rolls was rock hard and unripe. I am not being overly dramatic- I literally could not pierce the avocado with my chopstick, it was that hard. I think it is unacceptable to use severely unripe avocado like this as it ruins the taste/texture of the entire roll, and having relatively soft avocado is like the baseline for sushi. Sad to have spent 40+ euro on a box in which some rolls were completely inedible due to the crunchy avocado.
