I order from you and by application was DONE and RECEIVED in 30 minutes. After 1 hour when I called I was informed that it was busy and it's taking time, no apologies or something from the staff just ....Have a nice day !! Well definitely it's nice do be your costumer ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly late delivery. I have been waiting for 50 minutes. If it was going to be this late please at least mention the right estimated time for the order on the website. Then customers can decide to cancel the order if needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Late delivery and incorrect order. Besides, staff at this location is very unhelpful and almost try to avoid customer contact, probably because everybody is waiting for way too long already.
Edit: incorrect order got resolved to satisfaction

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 1,5 hour waiting i decided to call and ask for a update, but they disabled the phone. After 2 hours i got so hungry i ordered somewhere else, then after 3 hours it Papa Johns showed up ;D First and last time; amateurs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered 4 Quattro Formaggi pizza’s but received 4 Margheritas. On the phone they didn’t want to help us so we went to the shop to show them their mistake. The manager was quite rude to us and insisted that the pizzas weren’t margheritas, even though every other quattro formaggi i have ever eaten looked different from that one. Terrible customer service and LIES!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the pizza and had to constantly liaison with the place while the staff kept saying, "It's just leaving for delivery" "the delivery person is on the way", etc.
After waiting for over 2.5 hours, we decided to call and cancel the order, after which we immediately got an email saying that the pizza was delivered! It wasn't.
My friend went to the pizza place after 2 days to request refund where they took a picture of his details, promising refund in 2-3 days. It's been 3 weeks and still no refund.
Do not order - you won't get your pizza or your money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered pizza via Uber Eats and waited for over 2.5 hours. I still didn't receive it and nobody answered my phone call. Don't order pizza here, they used to be on time several years ago, but I don't know why they became so bad.

But the delivery was late and even though we called to ask where the delivery is, when the delivery arrived they delivery kid told us that they don't have any drinks anymore. So, they will refund us in 2-3 days. Why didn't they informed us when we called that they don't have drinks? And which store doesn't have any drinks?
