The car was paid in full with 24590 euros, later they informed me that the Lean Agile company is not eligible for extra-community acquisitions and thus in the country we will not be able to recover VAT. In this case, I requested the refund of the amount to the Lean Agile company, and the car will be paid from the personal account. I have sent countless refund requests so that I can make the transfer from my personal account. The answer was, wait, it will work out. More than a month has passed and no concrete answers yet, I am without a car and without money and without proof that the application has been approved.
Communication is very difficult with them, and we could not solve anything, this is the reason.
