Zowel bij de producten als in de werkwijze vormt duurzaamheid de rode draad door het hele bedrijf. Ik raad iedereen aan niet alleen naar de website te kijken maar ook je probleem en de oplossing in de zaak te bespreken. De levering was volgens afspraak en ik ben blij met de oplossing. I bought three CD cases from this company in one go. I advise everyone not only to look at the website but also to discuss your problem and the solution in the case. The delivery was as agreed and I am happy with the solution.
A	Arjan S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heb een audiomeubel en een cd kast/lade besteld. Erg fijn geholpen via de telefoon, daar werd zelfs met mij meegedacht mbt de maten en het aantal cd's. Eenmaal alles in huis merk je direct dat het allemaal massief hout is, met een hoog afwerkingsniveau. Ik kan iedereen deze zaak aanraden. Have ordered an audio cabinet and a CD cabinet / drawer. Very nice help over the phone, I even thought about the sizes and the number of CDs. Once everything is in-house you will immediately notice that it is all solid wood with a high level of finish. I can recommend this case to everyone.

J	Jeroen Joanna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hebben nooit de opdracht kunnen geven aan Castor. Na een bezoek en eerste offerte hebben we ontwerp aanpassingen doorgestuurd. Echter, behalve een mail dat men druk is, is er geen contact meer mogelijk geweest met Castor, ondanks meerdere telefoon en e-mail pogingen. Men was niet bereikbaar en na een half jaar wachten hebben we maar andere keuzes gemaakt. Zonde, want de kwaliteit zag er goed uit. We have never been able to give the order to Castor. After a visit and initial quotation, we sent design changes. However, apart from a busy email, no contact has been made with Castor, despite multiple phone and email attempts. They were not available and after half a year of waiting we made other choices. A shame, because the quality looked good.

Echter zijn we naar onze mening het schip in gegaan met de Firma Castor. We hebben een kast besteld voor €6000,- alles was mogelijk en geen probleem. Echter na uiteindelijk 1,5 jaar van moeizaam contact en getouwtrek hebben we een kast die buitengewoon slecht is afgewerkt en niet klaar. Voor een laatste poging van herstel door de Firma Castor hebben wij bedankt en aangegeven niet meer dan +/- de helft te willen betalen en hiermee is de Firma akkoord gegaan. Wat ons het meest steekt is dat de eigenaar van Castor waar we het eerst mee om tafel hebben gezeten geen enkele keer heeft gebeld om z'n excuses aan te bieden. Geen enkele keer gedurende 1,5 jaar! Om deze reden neem ik de moeite om deze recensie te schrijven, los van het slechte product dat is geleverd (zie foto's). Bij deze raden wij aan voor een mooie kast elders te gaan kijken. Groet Jasper Wolf & Nynke Stuyt It is never nice to have to leave a bad review behind and put a company in a bad light. In our opinion, however, we went into the ship with the Castor company. We ordered a cupboard for € 6000, - everything was possible and no problem. However, after 1.5 years of difficult contact and tug-of-war, we have a cupboard that is extremely poorly finished and not ready. For a last attempt at recovery by Castor Company, we have thanked and indicated that we do not want to pay more than +/- half and the Company has agreed to this. What struck us the most was that the owner of Castor with whom we first sat around the table never once called to apologize. Not once for 1.5 years! For this reason, I take the trouble to write this review, regardless of the poor product that was delivered (see photos). We recommend looking elsewhere for a nice cupboard. A	Ana Belén Sierra Salmerón on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were the only providers with the door handles I needed. What I did not know was that it would take more than 3 months to receive them. At the beginning the answered my queries and told me to be patient, they had a problem with the provider. I had time so I did. However once they managed to send me the door handles after being waiting for more than 2 months they used the cheapest POST NL shipment. In any case according to normal POST NLs times they should arrive on time but there were a problem with Post NL and they changed the delivery time to we do not know when we are going to deliver this package. I call POST NL and told me I could do nothing because their customer is Castor Interior not me, so they were the only one that could push to send the package on time. My surprise was that I called them to please align with POST NL as my carpenter already committed to a day with the times they gave me but Castor Interior told me basically: "not my problem any more deal with it" So now I have a beautiful new furniture at home that I cannot use because my carpenter needs to come another day to set the handlers. I though that ordering them with 3 months in advance would be enough but it was not ... keep time in mind if you order something with Castor.
