K	Kim Hobeijn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Altijd lange wachttijden en vandaag ook nog eens voor niks (komt vaker voor) want de medicijnen waren niet op voorraad. Hooikoortsmedicijnen dienen in deze tijd toch zeker op voorraad te zijn. Always long waiting times and today also for nothing (more often) because the medicines were not in stock. Hay fever medicines should certainly be in stock during this time.
K	Koos van Rootselaar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waardeloze apotheek nooit iets op voorraad, veelste lange wachttijden terwijl er maar een paar mensen binnen zijn, maandag medicijnen laten bestellen die ik echt nodig heb en nog niks geen bericht van hun dat het klaar licht,ga overstappen naar andere apotheek ,waar het wel beter geregeld is. Worthless pharmacy never in stock, much long waiting times while only a few people are in, ordered medicines on Monday that I really need and still no message from them that it is ready, switch to another pharmacy, where it is better is arranged.
M	Marjolein Snelders on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elke keer meer dan drie kwartier wachten, en zeggen steeds te weinig personeel te hebben. Ze doen er niks aan. Slechte apotheek. Corona regels versoepelen maar hun gaan niet mee. Steeds maar 1 of 2 mensen achter de balie. En veel gefrustreerde mensen in de wachtrij. Waiting more than three quarters of an hour each time, and always say that they have too few staff. They don't do anything about it. Bad pharmacy. Relaxing corona rules but they don't go along. Always only 1 or 2 people behind the counter. And a lot of frustrated people in the queue.
W	Wouter van den Heuvel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechtste service ooit. Medicatie is er nooit terwijl de arts aangeeft dat het klaar moet liggen, dit is al een keer of 4 gebeurd in een jaar. Veel te druk door te weinig personeel op piekmomenten, telefonisch standaard 15 min in de wacht. En naast al deze irritaties ook nog personeel die in de pauze een fles azijn hebben leeg gedronken aan hun humeur te zien. Aanrader dus....not Worst service ever. Medication is never available while the doctor indicates that it must be ready, this has already happened about 4 times in a year. Too busy due to too few staff at peak times, 15 minutes on hold by telephone. And in addition to all these irritations, staff who have drunk a bottle of vinegar during the break can also see their mood. Recommended ... not

Het lijkt wel een apotheek die is gevestigd in een derde wereldland. 10 mensen binnen die op hun beurt wachten en er staat maar een medewerkster te helpen. Dit terwijl je zeker nog 6 verschillende medewerkers achter bezig zijn die lopen te kwekken en lachen. En jij als klant maar wachten en wachten. Een ding weet ik zeker, ik ga op jacht naar een andere apotheker. What a bad place. It looks like a pharmacy located in a third world country. 10 people inside waiting for their turn and only one employee is there to help. This while you are at least 6 different employees behind who are chatting and laughing. And you as a customer just wait and wait. One thing I know for sure, I'm going to hunt for another pharmacist.

Vink on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechtste apotheek van heel zuid holland, binnen een week tijd 2x 1 uur in de telefonische wachtrij en 2x 3 kwartier in de apotheek zelf moeten wachten eindconclusie nog steeds geen medicatie in huis zou bezorgd worden maar na 2 dagen nog niets. En zo is 't elke keer, personeel onbeschofte ultra slome stagelopers, word gezegd dat 't door veranderde systemen komt en door ziekte personeel elke keer slome excuses. Tijd om te vertrekken!!! Worst pharmacy in all of South Holland, within a week 2x 1 hour in the telephone queue and 2x 45 minutes in the pharmacy itself final conclusion still no medication would be delivered but after 2 days still nothing. And so it is every time, staff rude ultra slow trainees, it is said that it is because of changed systems and sick staff every time slow excuses. Time to leave!!!
A	A. Reviewer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kwam daar om Medicatie op te halen. Kreeg via de mail dat de medicatie klaar stond. Wel apart dat er in de mail stond dat ik een code moest gebruiken wat ik niet kon invoeren in de zuil toen ik daar aan kwam. Ik moest dus gewoon een kaartje uit de zuil pakken en wachten. Was er in de ochtend rond 11:00. Hoorde veel verhalen dat het er meestal druk is, maar in mijn geval waren er maar 2 wachtende voor mij. Was binnen 5 min aan de beurt. Werd geholpen door een iets wat minder enthousiaste mevrouw, maar zij heeft gedaan wat ze moest doen, legde kort de beschrijving uit van de medicatie, dus verder daarop niks op aan te merken. De algemene wachtruimte zag er netjes uit. Al met al een goede en verzorgde indruk van de locatie. Came there to pick up Medication. Received via email that the medication was ready. It was strange that the mail stated that I had to use a code that I could not enter in the column when I got there. So I just had to take a ticket from the kiosk and wait. Was there in the morning around 11 am. Heard many stories that it is usually busy but in my case there were only 2 waiting for me. Was up and running within 5 minutes. Was helped by a slightly less enthusiastic lady, but she did what she had to do, briefly explained the description of the medication, so nothing further to say. The general waiting area looked neat. All in all, a good and well-kept impression of the location.
R	Roland van Herwaarden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting time is always more than 20 mins, often lags in the system, and taking long time to get the prescription. If you're in the hurry, dont come here, it will take you at least an half an hour for everything.
