Eventually bought the bike from cheap bikes with best price/quality; still works like a charm. Good prices, friendly service... and it shows, the times i went inside it was always busy with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a bike from Cheap Bikes today and it's a very decent bike with gears and handbrakes for €99. Paid €124 altogether including two locks and a headlight and taillight. Do keep in mind that a 5% commission is charged when using Visa debit or Mastercard.
Cant say enough good things about the man who sold me the bike. He adjusted the seats several times to get it to the perfect height and let me take two different bikes out to the square next to the shop for a spin. He was also very friendly and we had a nice chat about Kanaleneiland. Would recommend this shop for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought bicycle and had to change three times tire in 6 months. All three times i got different prices(20,15,35 euros) for the same work. This Is not correct. Last friday I couldn't go back to pick up my bike,so She called me really unpolitely,telling i had absolutely to pick up the bike and keeping 5 extra euro. My advice is absolutely to avoid this store. Never again!!!!
