★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT order the "Friet Satésaus", they give you the sauce that still needs to be diluted. Also they charged me €2,90 for it while the sign said €2,70!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So much to say about this place. The food is so on point, the durum doner and chicken wrap are two of the best options on the menu. You can see them making the food in front of you and choose your fillings.
Then, if you like most customers arrive after 3.00 AM, you will witness all of classic Utrecht outside the shop. From Dutch men falling off their bikes, starting fights with one another, guys trying to prove they're tough, men with lots of gel in their hair, to police on horses trotting up and down the street trying to keep order.
But you can view this entire panorama from the safe confines of the shop. If anyone starts trouble in the shop, do not fear because the staff will actually kick troublemakers out and keep them out. Quality service and quality food. ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the people that serve there barely understands what clients ask him and gives bad service. Some others are nice but there are other problems like no fresh produce and bad hygiene. There were open containers of food with flies on them. All in all not the best food. Only comes in handy after a night of drinking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh God. Don't eat here unless you are completely drunk. Actually, don't eat here ever. The food will only help you have less of a hangover. Also i dropped my credit card in the salsa behind the counter and the workers did not care. They let me just grab it with my hand and then continued to slop or into people's wraps... barf!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A disaster. Whoever attended to us did so in a derogatory way and I wanted to take a good image of Utrecht with me as a tourist, but for people like this man, it would be the opposite. Tasteless food and pejorative treatment. Asking him for something else was like practically begging him.
