★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to the lockdown measures in Netherlands, the outlet was closed but they offered a service for you to see the bags/items on whatsapp. I messaged the whatsapp number for the Chloe store and a lovely SA called Steve replied me. He was extremely patient with me, carefully took many videos and explained everything to me about the product I was interested in. What I liked the most about Steve, besides his friendliness and being a MASSIVE help, was the fact he didn't rush me into purchasing the bag but said I should think carefully about it and let him know whenever I wish to make the purchase.
If I ever have the chance to visit the store in person, I would definitely requset for Steve to be my SA.
