Citadines Sloterdijk Station Amsterdam (Apart Hotel Amsterdam) - Naritaweg 3

Actually a decent hotel. But some things bothered me: 1) We had HUGE complications with the payment at the frontdesk. I lost at least 10.000 brain cells. 2) The room was NOT cleaned properly AND 3) we were asked to clean up on our own before we left (??? like hello? dont u have staff to do that?) 4) we were 3 people but the couch for the 3rd person wasnt assembled to a bed.

I hired a 3-bed apartment along with 2 other people. Negatives: * Undisclosed 100 euro deposit at the beginning of stay. We found this out upon check-in, which was not a nice surprise. * They took 50 euros from the deposit for unclean apartment, but they did not disclose that it needed to be spotless upon check-out. * Not soft or comfortable beds. Positives: * Nice apartment though, a weird scratch on the kitchen floor. * The dishwasher was good. It make weird sounds, though. * The bedroom was nice, but the pull-out couch and the big bed was quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep on for an extended amount of time. * The service was quite nice. It was never the same receptionist, though, and the doors closed quite early, so you have to go through the Mercure doors. * There's a water fountain by the elevators, with cooled water. A nice touch. * The refrigerator was of sufficient size, if a bit small, with a small freeze-box at the top. * Very nice, large bathroom. Roomy shower. Would have been nice to have a rack or something similar to hang wet towels on. * Excellent distance from Sloterdijk Amsterdam station, where you can catch the bus, the metro, and the longer-distance trains. Easy to get anywhere. * Tasteful interior. * As we stayed over the New Years, Citadines gave us a small bottle of champagne (I believe it was prosecco?) for free. This was a very nice surprise. :) As a small sidenote, it would have been nice to have something like a tv-guide, as it was virtually impossible to find a channel airing non-dutch tv-shows! Not at all a deal-breaker to not be able to use the tv that much. Please take these things into account if you want to stay here. Overall it's a pretty nice place to stay, but for the price it could be much better. If you're looking for a place that's very close to a station, but far enough from the touristy parts of Amsterdam to be enjoyable, it's an okay place to stay.

So nice! I never stay while travel at apartment before until I know this place. Even you have to take care of everything in the room but very convenient. Kitchen, Bed, Restroom are ready and clean. They have service room if you want to change your towel or vacuum cleaner to clean by your self. With very good price compare to what you get. It reasonable. Near to MRT and supermarket not far away.

I stayed here a total of 7 weeks at the end of 2019 in a one bedroom apartment and feel confident giving 5 stars. I arrived a day earlier than my company had booked me in for but they made an apartment available. As Christmas came closer they gave residents Chocolate for the Dutch Sinterklaas celebrations and put a mini Christmas tree in the room. The staff were all very friendly and professional. The rooms are modern and comfortable. It is very nice to have access to a small but modern gym in the building. The laundromat was also very convenient. It was also convenient to have access to the hotel restaurant as I had a few business guests in the city and it was a convenient place to meet.

A perfect place to stay in Amsterdam. Online 5 minutes by train from Amsterdam Centraal. The rooms are incredible and the stuff is really kind. Highly recomended!

I like it really much as a business hotel, especially during corona times it's always good to have a kitchen. Rooms are big and modern.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed!! They have a full equipped kitchen, so you won't have issues to cook for yourself. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had requested a room with a working desk and they provided an amazing room for me. The internet is fast. Perfect for those that are working and traveling

Stayed for a month for work and felt like home. Everything is perfect: the room is really clean, the interior is beautiful, the service is friendly, heating system works perfectly, gym is well-kept, distance from Sloterdijk is only 5 minutes walk. You just need to bring your suitcase. They already have oven, dishwasher, stove, plates and various cooking utensils. Dish soap, toilet paper, shampoo, etc are there too (and you can have refill). There is a room where you can get hanger and bucket to wash your clothes (since laundry+drying machine costs 11 euro in total) Overall it was a really pleasant stay and I hope I can go back someday.
