About Koffie Academie Sloterdijk
Our workshop is every Tuesday and Wednesday evening from 18:00 till 21:00 hours at our location Overtoom 95H in Amsterdam.
Our program consists of 3 parts:
- Theory about coffee and origin.
- Practical: Roasting Coffee and Cupping of coffee.
(Break 10min.) - Practical: Pulling Espresso shots and latte art
Whenever non-Dutch speakers participate the workshop will be done in English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a groupon to have some cocktails here. The fine print mentioned the groupon being valid on Saturday, which is important because that day is the only convenient one for us.
Fastforward to me trying to book a spot, suddenly we can't do it on Saturday because "they are closed on Saturday". Which is a blatant lie as their own Facebook indicates they are open from 9 am till 5 pm. So either there is a serious communication issue or they want to rake in money through Groupon but don't want to give up "desirable" weekend spots. Whatever the case, sketchy business practices and not customer friendly in the slightest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend 'The Green Falafel Bowl' & orange and ginger drink (warmed!) The granola looked lovely but not enough if you have a big belly! Unfortunately the chef was off so no vegan waffles :( service was good but we were the only people there! A pricey place but pretty cool music and decor!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a late September morning this was the perfect place to enjoy some fresh air and sun as this place has an big terrace which opens at 8.00AM. I was happy to learn they had a matcha latte with coconut milk, and I really enjoyed the smoothie bowl with açai. The lady behind the counter was lovely and really made our visit a great experience, hence the 5 stars. What a wonderful place in such a business district area! Thank you!
