★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een verschrikkelijke winkel, met heeeeeel harde muziek, het is dat mijn dochter 10 euro mocht besteden in deze winkel.....ik heb haar geld gegeven en buiten gewacht! Doelgroep is jonge meisjes, maar als de ouders weggejaagd worden door veeeeeeeeel te harde muziek, ben ik benieuwd hoe die winkel kan draaien, arbo technisch mag t volgens mij ook niet, medewerker zei dat de muziek niet zachter kon.....medelijden met het meisje.... aantal dB veeeeeels te hoog!
 What a terrible shop, with soooooo loud music, it is that my daughter was allowed to spend 10 euros in this shop ..... I gave her money and waited outside! Target group is young girls, but if the parents are chased away by music that is much too loud, I am curious how that store can run, I don't think health and safety is technically allowed either, employee said that the music could not be lowered ..... sorry for the girl .... number of dB too high!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ah, ik hou van de Claire's alleen is het zo jammer dat het vaak kleine winkels zijn. Zoals deze. Het is af en toe best krap en daarom ga ik soms gewoon niet eens naar binnen. Maar als ik naar binnen ga dan is het best moeilijk om niet de hele winkel leeg te kopen. Ze hebben gewoon zoveel leuks en vaak ook erg aantrekkelijke aanbiedingen. Het personeel wat ik daar vaak zie is behulpzaam en vriendelijk.
Ah, I love the Claire's only it is such a shame that they are often small stores. Like these. It is sometimes quite tight and that's why sometimes I just don't even go inside. But when I go inside, it's pretty hard not to buy the entire store empty. They just have so many fun and often very attractive offers. The staff that I often see there are helpful and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Werkt een of andere spaanse vrouw zeer schreeuwt tegen klanten en is minderwaardig tegen het andere personeel. Wij komen hier nooit meer. Ik geef liever 100 euro meer uit bij Lucardi en goede service. Dan 10 euro en bagger service
Some Spanish woman works very shouts at customers and is inferior to the other staff. We will never come here again. I'd rather spend 100 euros more on Lucardi and good service. Then 10 euros and dredging service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In de winkel heb ik iets gekocht dit was duurder dan dat ik had verwacht.
Ik had net afgerekend maar wilde het voorwerp niet meer, ik stond nog in de winkel en wilde hem terug brengen en mijn geld terug vragen maar dat kon niet het moest op een tegoed worden gezet.
Erg onaardige werknemers, kortom ik had een vreselijke ervaring.
In the store I bought something that was more expensive than I expected.
I had just paid but didn't want the item anymore, I was still in the shop and wanted to bring it back and ask for my money back, but that could not be it had to be put on a credit.
Very unkind employees, in short I had a terrible experience.

I went in there today to buy a hair product - after paying for it I changed my mind and wanted to go back to return it. The lady that I asked about it was so nasty!! Unbelievable! She explained with what can only be described as a sneer on her face that you could only give a gift card back for it.
Okay... I'm 11 years old Ma'am so maybe I am not aware of all the Consumer rights and Laws - but did you really have to say it in such a horrible way?
I will certainly not shop at Claire's accessories again ( that is at least 20 years of sales that the store will miss out on because of poor customer service) - I can only imagine how many more are turned away by this lack of sort of poor service.
A pity really because the products being sold ain't so bad :(
