But yesterday was an awful experience, there was a rude lady who I think wasn’t a waitress but had a higher level, maybe a manager or something! She was very rude and harsh! Dont recommend it!

Whenever I come in, no one greets me, I get ignored for a long time, until they finally see me, and then as if I'm in a factory, they ask for my order. Very very unfriendly place. There are a couple of people who work there who are nice, in all fairness, but the main people (including the older woman) are absolutely terrible and seem to hate working there. I know we don't always like our job, but why work in a place/job you obviously hate?? Terrible customer service.

I went here to order coffee and something to eat for when she woken up. My phone went empty while paying and my wallet was at home. This lady did not know my situation, did not know me but gave me all for free because of christmas. Thats what i call christmas spirit. When i returned the next day with money she did not want to accept it. Lovely and personal place

The staff never welcomes you and when you want to order something, they will leave you waiting a long time and stare at you. My family and I were clients for many years and came on a regular basis until the blonde lady screamed at us in a very carefree manner and told us that we are not allowed to sit there. She would have been able to say that respectfully, but she chose not to. She also refused us to use the toilet. This was the last straw for us after being treated unfriendly in the past years.
