Een meisje met geen enkele kennis van vitaminen en uitsluitend plattitudes; 'dit is Amerikaans en heeft een andere samenstelling want Amerikanen eten slechter dan wij" of 'van deze 2 pillen en die 1 per dag". Waarom? 'Omdat de samenstelling anders is.."Ik werd geirriteerd. Het meisje liep kwaad weg en wijdde eea aan mijn negative energy en ik was te ongeduldig. Tja voor onzinpraatjes heb ik geen tijd/ trap ik niet in. Ik ben 58 jaar en wil graag professioneel antwoord als ik dure vitaminepillen denk te kopen. Ik werd minofmeer uitgescholden cq opgevoed. Een collega zei dat het nogal rommelig in de winkel was. Hoezo? 2 klanten en 3 man personeel. Eens maar nooit meer naar deze gebakken luchtshop.
 Rarely treated so rude. A girl with no knowledge of vitamins and only plattitudes; "This is American and has a different composition because Americans eat worse than us" or "of these 2 pills and 1 per day". Why? "Because the composition is different .." I was irritated. The girl walked away angry and devoted a lot to my negative energy and I was too impatient. Well for nonsense talks I don't have time / I don't kick in. I am 58 years old and want I would like a professional answer if I think to buy expensive vitamin pills. I was scolded or educated less or less. A colleague said that it was quite messy in the store. Why 2 customers and 3 staff. Never again to this fried air shop.

β β β β β Agree with other two reviews. I walked in and they were clearly annoyed I broke up the conversation. When I asked a question she pointed out one thing and that was it.

β β β β β The guy who helped me was really friendly and had a lot of knowledge about the vitamins. He took the time answer all my questions and wait for my decisions even though there was a line forming at the cashier.

β β β β β friendly knowledge staff, they always ask the right questions. lots of fantastic organic and vegan options. one suggestion however: please try to offer normal glasses instead of plastic cups and strolls, many customers drink juices inside anyways. it's too much plastic everywhere, absolutely unnecessary.

As soon as I entered the store, the girls present gave me the feeling of interrupting in a very "important" conversation.
The Artikel I ordered online wasn't available and while busy with me, a "friend-customer" came in. The lady who was helping me, just walked away to greet her friend while dealing with me.
She was 'sort of' send back to me by the other girl to deal with the issue first.
I absolutely didn't feel welcome.
I shall no longer be a customer of Vitaminstore.
