Wiel tot Wiel is in 1988 opgericht door Rob en Anita van Zaane in de J.P. Heijestraat 128. Na zeven jaar was deze winkel echt te klein waardoor ze de overstap naar de J.P. Heijestraat 154-160 konden maken waardoor ze meteen 5 keer zo groot werden. Inmiddels staat de nieuwe generatie al te trappelen om het stokje van zijn ouders over te nemen. Dit noemen ze dus een echt familiebedrijf.
Wieltotwiel is dan ook dé specialist die u kan adviseren om tot de juiste aankoop over te gaan. Dit kan gaan om fietsen, bromfietsen, snorfietsen, scooters en accessoires. Al onze personeelsleden zijn zeer ervaren vakmensen die de tijd nemen om u goed te adviseren en de beste zorg te leveren voor uw tweewieler. Of het nu gaat om de aanschaf van een fiets/scooter of accessoires of reparaties wij zullen er alles aan doen om u zo deskundig mogelijk te helpen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star as I cannot trust the service, even being a customer on two occasions. Brought my bike in for the second time for a broken coaster brake of the 3speed hub - something that in only very rare occasions brakes. I got told the 3 gear coaster brake hub has been replaced the first time already which has been done now again. The fact that this very rare problem is hitting me twice is letting me doubting about the quality / information given to me. Total let down, which was not inexpensive...will not trust this dealer again, seems he wants to make a business based on intransparency...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a bike from them, first time I tried to actually use it I noticed the tyre was already flat (only actual successful ride was from their shop to home). I just went there again today asking for it to be repaired free of charge, apparently very offended by my request they preferred to give me money back with no explanations or apologies for having sold me such a poor bike.... Their attitude is horrible, the owner of the place acts like she is doing you a huge favour talking to you. Really wondering how a place like that can still be in business. Look elsewhere please.

I reported my e-bike stolen Thursday at 17.45 and got a brand new one, all options installed and a fully charged battery inclusive Saturday at 10 am. They took care of all the digital paperwork, all I had to do is drink a coffee while waiting and pay for the insurance (everything else was covered).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. Went to buy a new bike, the seller explain me very well all the options and helped me to find the best option for me. He has very patient and kind. Moreover, because the new bike arrives in 1 month they offered me another rental bike for the time in between almost for free! Ah and the bike comes with one free repair service. Just awesome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really shady and condescending people in this shop. A while ago, my partner bought a brand new bike from this place (NEVER AGAIN) that warranted a one time free maintenance service. But when I picked up the bike on behalf of my partner, they charged me close to €80 for said servicing. My partner had to go back to them with the receipt to remind them that the service was supposed to be free. I wouldn't even want to use their bike pump cos they give off such shady negative vibes. Thankfully there are other better bike shops in the neighbourhood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly service! I stopped by needing help to replace my saddle (neither of which I had purchased from this store) and the staff helped me without waiting and didn't charge anything (it only took about 3 minutes). I will definitely go back whenever I need bike service or equipment.
And the store windows are always designed really nice!
