★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afgelopen weekend een super fijne aerial yoga teacher training gehad hier. Juliette heeft ontzettend veel kennis en ervaring vanuit zowel yoga als acrobatiek die ze op heldere en prettige wijze deelt. Er is veel aandacht voor veiligheid en het geven van heldere instructies, alsook voor het (leerlingen laten) opgaan in de ervaring, het creëren van bewustzijn, en het werken vanuit je eigen authentieke stijl. Een hele prettige en leerzame combinatie! De kleinschaligheid zorgt voor veel persoonlijke aandacht en maakt het extra fijn en gezellig om je als groepje een lang weekend onder te dompelen in de aerial yoga. Zeker een aanrader dus!
Had a super nice aerial yoga teacher training here last weekend. Juliette has a lot of knowledge and experience from both yoga and acrobatics, which she shares in a clear and pleasant way. There is a lot of attention for safety and giving clear instructions, as well as for letting students become absorbed in the experience, creating awareness, and working from your own authentic style. A very pleasant and educational combination! The small scale ensures a lot of personal attention and makes it extra nice and cozy to immerse yourself in aerial yoga as a group for a long weekend. Definitely recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Any expat or local looking for a yoga studio should definitely consider Compassion yoga studio. It's a wonderful studio where you can follow different types of yoga at different levels. My fav is yoga for your back! Perfect closer for the week on Friday. Eline is a great instructor that encourages you to go farther than you thought before but she also provides different modifications.
