In this course of 6 classes you will refine the basic poses and you will learn a number of new poses. Step by step you build up Sirsasana (headstand) appropriate to your physical condition. We will also practice the alternative poses for shoulder and headstand. If you want to deepen your knowledge after the Basics Course or if you have been doing yoga for some time, but you like to keep it simple and you need structure, then sign up for this course.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing Yoga studio! I have been trying the beginners class the last weeks and it is a definitely a GO! Very experienced teacher that inspires you and at the same time you feel cosy as in a friend circle. I love the tea afterwards with extra explanations. The people attending are also very friendly as everyone. The space is super beautiful with an architectural minimalism that relaxes you. Very easy that it is next to metro station. Highly recommended!
