Kein Platz, den Rechner zu öffnen, weil er als Paketshop zu viele Pakete im Laden hat. Nie wieder. It takes 3 weeks for a misdiagnosis. No idea and overwhelmed by the deadline. No place to open the computer because it has too many packages in the shop as a package shop. Never again.

In Berlin hat man das Glück das es viele Geschäfte gibt und solche wie dieser hier nicht lange überleben würden . Goch hat scheinbar nicht das Glück!. No recommendation takes too long and has found nothing. I was just lucky when passing through. In Berlin you have the luck that there are many shops and such as this would not survive long. Goch does not seem lucky!

Eine Information über den Anrufbeantworter zu geänderten Öffnungszeiten oder sonstigen Gründen, würde nicht mitgeteilt. Es ist schon nervig dort immer wieder "auf gut Glück" hinzufahren respektive anzurufen. Unfortunately, despite several visits, I did not meet anyone in the shop. Calls were also inconclusive! Information on the answering machine about changed opening times or other reasons would not be communicated. It is annoying to go there again and again "if you are lucky" or to call.

Kein Hinweis am Ladenlokal. Montag mehrfach auf den AB gesprochen. Heute ist Donnerstag und noch immer keinen Rückruf erhalten. PC ist anderweitig repariert worden - Schade Problems with our company PC. Attempted to contact several times. No call back. Business closed, although it should be open. No notice at the shop. Talked several times on the AB on Monday. Today is Thursday and we still haven't received a callback. PC was otherwise repaired - a shame
B	Bernd Schloezer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fazit: Mein PC Problem ist gelöst. Schneller geht es nicht. Besser auch nicht. Und hinterher hat mir der Besitzer sogar geholfen, den Rechner im Auto schnell einzuladen. Beim Starten des Rechners war plötzlich mit Knall und Schwefelduft alles dunkel. In der Werkstatt angerufen. Freundlicher und beruhigender Kontakt am Telefon. Dann bekam ich das Angebot: Wenn ich den Rechner jetzt eben vorbeibringe, dann kann mir eventuell sofort geholfen werden. Gesagt, getan. Rechner hingebracht, sehr freundlich und kompetent behandelt worden. Fehler schnell gefunden (Netzteil). Ausgetauscht, überprüft, freundlicherweise noch die Grafikkarte entstaubt "damit ich etwas länger was davon habe..." Und der Preis? Absolut weniger als erwartet und deutlich weniger, als ich bereit zu zahlen gewesen wäre, bei der schnellen Hilfe. Ich empfehle die "Computer Werkstatt" sicher weiter und werde meine PC´s für Arbeit, zu Hause und für die Familie in Zukunft dort kaufen. Ich war übrigens heute zum ersten Mal Kunde! Conclusion: My PC problem is solved. It doesn't get any faster than that. Better not either. And afterwards the owner even helped me to load the computer in the car quickly. When the computer started, everything was suddenly dark with a bang and the smell of sulfur. Called the workshop. Friendly and calming contact on the phone. Then I got the offer: If I bring the computer over now, I might be able to get help right away. Said and done. Computer brought there, treated very friendly and competently. Errors found quickly (power supply unit). Exchanged, checked, and kindly dusted the graphics card "so that I can benefit from it a little longer ..." And the price? Absolutely less than expected and significantly less than I would have been willing to pay with the quick help. I certainly recommend the "Computer Werkstatt" and will buy my PC's there for work, at home and for the family in the future. By the way, I was a customer for the first time today!
