Hatte ein technisches Problem mit dem Laptop...
Diesmal war der Neffe da...wie immer, schneller und sehr
netter und aufmerksamer Service.
Das Problem wurde zu meiner vollen Zufriedenheit gelöst und
noch die Empfehlung abgegeben das Gerät evtl. technisch
aufzurüsten...der vorläufige Kostenvoranschlag ist absolut
im grünen Bereich und ich werde es in nähere Erwägung
ziehen, da es sich, nach Top-Beratung, für dieses Modell
noch lohnen würde. Wie immer...Daumen Hoch...!!!
Mein kleines Problem mit der Verbindung zum Drucker wurde heute,
wie immer, freundlich und kompetent am Telefon gelöst.
Man erhält auch mal einen Tipp am Telefon wenn kleinere Störungen
vorliegen und kommt deswegen mit Service-Wünschen und
Reparaturen immer wieder gern zu Compitech.

upgrade ... the preliminary estimate is absolute
in the green and i will consider it further

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich würde 7 Sterne geben, wenn es ginge. Der Laden ist unscheinbar und nicht sehr groß, die Leistung ist überragend. Reparaturen werden schnell und professionell durchgeführt, die Preise sind unfassbar günstig (ich kann wirklich nur hoffen, dass trotzdem genug Umsatz gemacht wird), freundlicher und persönlicher Kontakt. Dass es heute überhaupt noch solche Läden gibt, ist kaum zu glauben. Ich kann nur sagen: geht zu Compitech, da wird Euch geholfen! Bei uns war die Ladebuchse eines Notebooks kaputt - kein Problem, für nur 50,-€(!) und nach nur 2 Tagen Reparatur bekam ich das Notebook zurück. Toll!
I would give 7 stars if I could. The shop is inconspicuous and not very big, the performance is outstanding. Repairs are carried out quickly and professionally, the prices are incredibly cheap (I can really only hope that enough sales will still be made), friendly and personal contact. It is hard to believe that such shops still exist today. I can only say: go to Compitech, they will help you! Our notebook's charging socket was broken - no problem, for only € 50 (!) And after only 2 days of repairs I got the notebook back. Great!
