A l’heure des flashcode et des économies de papier. Mais le pire reste la salle d’attentes ou la personne sort de son bureau et sort un : qui est le prochain ? On se regarde tous dans la salle d’attente a lister nos problèmes pour savoir qui est le suivants, c’est une blague ? Alors que justement on nous fait imprimer un papier A4 avec l’heure du rendez vous dessus ? Évidament l’amabilité du breton qui a pris mon rendez vous était à désiré. The security guard is very nice, but the organization and the general atmosphere is detestable, already it is worth coming with a printed invitation? In the era of flashcodes and paper savings. But the worst remains the waiting room where the person comes out of his office and pulls out a: who's next? We all look at each other in the waiting room listing our problems to find out who is next, is this a joke? When exactly we are made to print an A4 paper with the time of the appointment on it? Obviously the friendliness of the Breton who made my appointment was to be desired.

J’ai ensuite eu des contacts avec une certaine Jessica par mail…très très désagréable et tout juste respectueuse. Si cette jeune femme n’a pas envie d’aider ses concitoyens et veut juste être désagréable….elle devrait chercher un nouveau job…. Totally agree with the other reviews. I first had a man on the phone who sympathetically answered the questions I asked. I then had contact with a certain Jessica by email… very very unpleasant and just respectful. If this young woman does not want to help her fellow citizens and just wants to be unpleasant….she should look for a new job….

Nu al vanaf januari verlopen. Vorige week eindelijk afspraak. Zeer onvriendelijke dame. Kon niet praten ook behalve toen er betaald moest worden. In het verleden waren de contacten altijd prettig. I have also had to conclude that they are difficult to reach. No response to email. Waiting list for passport renewal appointment. (3 months!). Expired since January. Finally got an appointment last week. Very unfriendly lady. Couldn't even talk except when paying. In the past, contacts were always pleasant.
