Belachelijk!!! er moet een Audit daar komen. ze sturen mensen terug voor ieder document en als je terugkomt vragen ze weer iets anders wat voor volk is dat? waar hebben ze gestudeerd ? zelfs de koning heeft hun gevraagd om het makkelijk te maken voor Marokannen. ze maken het helaas alleen maar moeilijk verschikkelijk!!!!! no clear procedures. Ridiculous!!! there should be an Audit there. they send people back for every document and when you come back they ask for something else what kind of people is that? where did they study? even the king has asked them to make it easy for Moroccans. they just make it difficult available!!!!!

R	Rachida Channel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer slecht consulaat we zijn 2 keer erheen geweest eerste keer krijgen we een lijst met de papieren die moesten inleveren, 2de geweest mer getuigen vertelde hij ons dat er maar 1 nitaris aanwezig is dus zei hij ga maar naar Amsterdam. Als je belt nemen ze niet bemen ze nier op zodat je geen afspraak kan plannen. Tfoe nooit meer erheen.!! Very bad consulate we went there twice, the first time we get a list with the papers that had to be handed in, 2nd been with witnesses he told us that there is only 1 nitaris present so he said go to Amsterdam. If you call they don't answer they don't answer so you can't schedule an appointment. Tfoe never going there again.!!
h	hak mac on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat mij verbaasd is het personeel die de maling heeft aan de mensen die daar aan het wachten zijn. Lekker chatten...lachen met elkaar.etc..ook de manier hoe ze de informatie verstrekken en de communicatie is onder de maat zeer onduidelijk en onvriendelijke. Ze vragen zo veel.documenten terwijl als je daar ingeschreven staat dan heb je alles in het begin ingeleverd toch vragen ze op nieuwe naar de huwelijke acten etc. Om bijv dochter/ zoon in te schrijven Ook de kosten voor een paspoort €82 50, i voortaan maar geen Marokkaane paspoort toch niet normaala.???? What surprises me is the staff who don't give a damn about the people waiting there. Nice chatting...laughing with each other.etc..also the way they provide the information and the communication is very unclear and unfriendly. They ask so much documents while if you are registered there then you have handed in everything in the beginning yet they ask for new marriage certificates etc. For example to register daughter / son Also the costs for a passport €82 50, i from now on but no Moroccan passport is not normala.????

I ask a question for A and they reply for Z. They don’t even take time to read what you write to them. They didn’t even know which consulate has been closed due to Covid. Deserve a 0 star. Leave this job for some other people who deserve it. It’s not for you, not with the attitude that you’ve got.
