★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New store opened in Leiden in 2020. The first time I’ve visited this store and bought coffee machine as a present for my wife. I must say ,The service was really nice, shop assistant explained me the features of the coffee machine and I was surprised when he offered to pack the package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this electronics store! The webstore shows exactly what is there and already gives lots of information. In store you can see the products work and get more info/answers to your questions (and of course buy or pick up the products). Staff is really friendly and knowledgeable, they don't give up until your questions are answered. Great customer service.
