About Coronalab.eu Amsterdam Zuid
Ons bedrijf wordt geleid door een Arts-Microbioloog. Samen met een team van wetenschappers op het gebied van medische microbiologie en infectieziekten doen we veel onderzoek naar infectieziekten en we ontwikkelen, certificeren en produceren onze eigen CE-IVD gemarkeerde testen. Deze valideren en implementeren we in ziekenhuizen in Nederland en daarbuiten.
We hebben meer dan 10 jaar ervaring in het ontwikkelen van gecertificeerde medische testen. Deze wetenschappelijke kennis en ervaring gebruiken we ook voor www.coronalab.eu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made appointment online. Make sure to enter your personal info when booking (incl passport number). All comms in Dutch and English. Appointment time respected. Took less than 5mins to complete test. Friendly staff. Got my PCR test results around 7.30pm by email (PDF attachment; they had told me I would get it by 10pm). Metro/subway station nearby. Would use again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional behaviour today of the male tester. Running around, with a mask under his chin, screaming to his colleagues and than started testing with the mask hanging under his nose, his textile blue jacket not properly pulled on and being upset when I refused to be tested by him?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom and I took PCR tests at 11 am and did not receive the results same day to either of our emails as promised on the website.
We only received the results next day by email after mailing them but at that point we where at our gate at the airport and had to take a different test at the airport.
After explaining this situation to the coronalab email staff, they apparently have a strict no refund policy! Even if they break theyre promises.
Inconsiderate and unprofessional. Not even a shred of compassion or understanding for the client.
Highly recommend going to a different place for testing!

Took my test at 8:00AM, and got the results around 7:00PM on the same day, on a pdf certificate including all necessary informations such as my passport number.
Location is also great, staff was professional, fast and efficient. Definitely recommend ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible system for those needing a COVID test for travel. They provided my results but it is locked behind a text message that needs to be sent to your phone. Text never sent, no way I can access my results, customer service number has no country code so unable to contact support, and had to go back to the site for my results which they claim they can't give me without validating my phone number?? Like, I have my passport on me but you can't just print my results?? Waste of my time and money just to get a negative test for flight.
