Nice treatment, very gentle handling with the testing itself, also they took enough time to explain things and with that they take took way some of my concerns .
I can recommend everyone to get tested at Covid Sneltest at the location Amsterdam Zuid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scammers!
1: THEY DO NOT GIVE THE RESULT within the promised time frame and blame it on the lab. Which means you can't travel.
2: Not hygienic, the lady uses same gloves and touches everything (counting money, laptop, phone, door, testing etc.)
3: Only take cash (the tax man should know this and NOT CORONA PROOF)
4: They keep you waiting for ages
5: No privacy
6: No medical staff, just students with almost no experience
7: When confronted about all of the above they do absolutely NOTHING
8: Their business model is volume testing for a premium price whilst knowing that they can't deliver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Certificate not obtained in time! They tell you it will come through later in the evening (website says ultimately before 24:00 if you test before 11:00). No way to get in contact with the company at 24:00 when I still had no result which caused a lot of stress before flying early the next morning. They then blame it on system issues even when I am paying such a premium price. I suggest you tell people next time your system is down so they know what is going on and don’t pretend like you are professionally qualified to provide services which you cannot provide reliably.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The result didn't arrive on time: they told me it would reach me by email in 3h and I never got any kind of answer. It's not possible to contact with them through phone. I had to solve on my own the problem in another clinic to be on time for my flight. Really bad and disappointing experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very patience and friendly staff on the spot, specially on non ideal days like arriving there by bike with wind and cold and with a child like in my case.
I wish there were some indication outside advising to wait out and actually would be helpful to have some shelter while waiting.
Staff on the phone is very prompt calling you back after you leave a message and following up on you.
