C	C V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Try to avoid this company. I paid 100 euros to get the results on same day but have not received. I have flight tomorrow morning. Now I pray that this useless company will share my results by the time I reach the airport.
K	K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't received the test result in 24 hours , I missed my flight which costs me a lot of money to change the flight and to pay for the hotel also to make the PCR again with another company . On the top of that they ignore all my emails and they didn't reply the called, I even asked the airline staff to call them to ask them for the result but unforcntly there were no reply .
J	Jacob Zureich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived early to the appointment. Still did not get the test until 1 hour after. There was one employee there handling everything. They also asked for a QR code when we only received a bar code. Oh and the printer stopped working at one point.

I had to wait for over 1 hour on the phone (it was hanging up automatically, it happened 5-6 times - also tried from other phones). Luckily, there was the relatively simple problem of the email reaching me, and we resorted to sending it to a relative's account instead. As I had a flight coming up the next hours, I experienced a lot of stress. I am very disappointed that it took them so long to pick up the phone for such a simple thing. Update: After filling in the form on the website, I received compensation

That is after I confirmed all arrangements and at a cost of 5,000 Euro, I was on my way to the airport. "Sorry" and "no you can't speak to anyone, you have to email, they will immediately get back to you". An hour and a half later, I am still waiting for that....
A	Adam Burgoyne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reviews here are a bit torn but I guess that depends on what test location you use and what test you take. We had to take a sudden antigen test whilst on holiday to return to the UK and had absolutely no problems. The booking system was quick, there was no waiting on arrival, friendly staff who did the tests without problem and we had the results email within the stated 30 minutes. All for less than half the price of the airport equivalent. I don't know what else could have been improved really.
