★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben altijd enorm bang geweest voor prikken bij de tandarts, maar Gilbert prikt op een manier dat je er helemaal niks van voelt. Mijn verstandskiezen waren er binnen no time uit, zonder enige pijn. Echt helemaal top!!
I've always been terribly afraid of pricks at the dentist, but Gilbert pricks in a way that you don't feel anything at all. My wisdom teeth were out in no time without any pain. Really great !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al sinds jaren komen mijn partner en ik bij Gilbert maar natuurlijk ook bij Isabella. Gewoon een geweldige praktijk met aardige mensen zoals Brenda en mensen van de receptie. Altijd vriendelijk en heb na en tijdens alle behandelingen nooit last van pijnklachten gehad. Mijn gebit was tijdens mijn jeugd nogal verpest door tandarts Bredero in Wassenaar maar is gelukkig weer toonbaar door Gilbert.
My partner and I have been coming to Gilbert for years, but of course also to Isabella. Just a great practice with nice people like Brenda and front desk people. Always friendly and never had any pain after and during all treatments. My teeth were ruined during my childhood by dentist Bredero in Wassenaar, but fortunately they can be seen again by Gilbert.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mondhygienist working there is inflating the bill. If you stay 30 minutes in her room you will end up with 35-40 minutes cleaning time on your bill. Normally you should be charged half that time as she is doing also other things (monthly check, x-rays etc)... not honest not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away if you are looking for an orthodontic treatment. This is a a dentist and not an orthodontist. I mistakenly went for my treatment here and eventually spent three years coming to this clinic hoping for a positive result. I have received nothing but excuses and vague explanations in return to my complaints about the lack or inadequate developments in the treatment. Eventually had to insist to take the braces off and the result is even worse than when I started. Now I need a new treatment to correct what was done by "Dr" Leo. Still have to have an evaluation of the current situation versus the starting point with the real orthodontist clinic, but can safely say I am a proud owner of a much larger overbite than before, and more narrow and crooked arch than before. I may still have to write a formal complain to the relevant organisations. Trusting this clinic was a massive mistake, don't make the same one!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited for a first consultation and Dr. Leo was able to determine after a couple of minutes that the ringing in my ear was caused by misalignment in my jaw. I tried to tell him that it was probably just excess earwax but he did not give me the chance to explain why i thought so. He arrogantly made a bet with me that he was right saying i needed jaw reconstruction and a whole team of experts to fix the issue. Guess what? I got my ears cleaned properly and the ringing (tinnitus) is now gone. He spent more time assessing my postcode and weather i was wealthy enough than actually listening to my issues.
