★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was on holiday with a friend of mine and we decided to have our hair cut. We entered this really nice hairdresser's and the owner was really kind. She was busy at that moment so we arranged an appointment for the early afternoon. When we came back she listened to us very carefully (we are Italian so the language could have been a problem). Besides, I had some doubts about the look I wanted so she gave me good suggestions. She was really professional. And we were satisfied ?. I'll definitely suggest The Crafted

The preparation towards the appointment was very tailored as the hairstylist called me asking what exactly did I want and what was my hair like at the moment, including pictures. I had to reschedule 2 times and in both times the client assistance was great as well. Now come the day of the appointment and it went pretty smoothly but i did not get what I wanted. I would rather describe the result as Highlights not a balayage. It looked nice, don t get me wrong, but it was not what I wanted. I must say that the products quality was amazing. I ve got the dye mixed with olaplex treatment. My hair is still very healthy months down the road and for that I am thankful.
