★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfecte service en snel beschikbaar. Snel beschikbaar toen ik iemand nodig had die mijn ketel kon onderzoeken en onderhouden. Karel was vriendelijk en deskundig. Alles was uiteindelijk snel geregeld. Toen ik twee dagen later alsnog problemen ondervond met de ketel heb ik Karel om advies gevraagd. Binnen een dag had ik reactie en hij had ook contact opgenomen met de fabrikant om het probleem daar voor te leggen. Na zijn instructies kon ik zelfstandig het probleem verhelpen en functioneert alles nu naar behoren.
 Perfect service and available quickly. Available quickly when I needed someone to inspect and service my boiler. Karel was friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was arranged quickly in the end. When I still had problems with the boiler two days later, I asked Karel for advice. Within a day I had a response and he also contacted the manufacturer to report the problem there. Following his instructions I was able to fix the problem on my own and everything is now working properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben een onderhoudscontract bij KG. Vandaag een storing van onze verwarmingsketel laten verhelpen. Monteur (eigenaar) ketel gereset en aan een diagnose-apparaat gelegd. Oorzaak van de storing niet gevonden, jammer genoeg. Vooralsnog doet de ketel het weer maar we houden rekening met een vervanging. Uitstekende service want KG wilde hier NIETS voor rekenen. Uitstekende service!
We have a maintenance contract with KG. Had a malfunction of our boiler repaired today. Mechanic (owner) reset the boiler and connected it to a diagnostic device. The cause of the malfunction was not found, unfortunately. For the time being, the boiler is working again, but we are taking a replacement into account. Excellent service because KG didn't want to charge ANYTHING for this. Outstanding service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag is de vloerverwarming schoongemaakt. Het waren hele oude leidingen. Gelukkig durfde hij de klus aan. De andere verwarmingsmonteur wilde de heleboel afsluiten. Karel heeft er voor gezorgd dat hij weer draait. Echt verstand van zaken! Fijn persoonlijkheid. Ik zou hem bij iedereen aanraden.
The underfloor heating was cleaned today. They were very old pipes. Fortunately, he was up to the task. The other heating engineer wanted to shut the whole thing down. Karel has made sure that he is running again. Real business sense! Nice personality. I would recommend him to everyone.

I had an issue with my Nefit central heating which had to be repaired through factory guarantee. This guarantee could only be arranged through a professional repair service.
KG Onderhoud helped me to pass the request to Nefit, free of charge!!
Other companies would have tried to squeeze out some money, but KG immediately identified the issue over the phone and helped unselfishly.
