Hij was snel om te diagnosticeren dat het probleem de gastoevoer van Stedin was en hielp mij hen te bellen om het probleem uit te leggen en ze eruit te halen om de kapotte gasklep te vervangen. Omar is friendly, efficient and takes the time to talk you through the potential problems that can arise with your CV Boiler and more importantly what the solutions might be. He was quick to diagnose that the problem was Stedin's gas supply and helped me call them to explain the problem and get them out to replace the broken gas valve. Thanks Omar for the great service!

After my telephone report of the malfunction on my Remeha Calienta 40L boiler, professional help was available within 2 hours, who decisively solved the problem.
