★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CZ neemt de telefoon niet op geven pas antwoord op mails als er inmiddels meerdere heb gestuurd. en als je als klant geld kost heb proberen ze je af te komen. CZ jullie moeten jullie eigen schamen hoe jullie met betalende klanten omgaan.
CZ does not answer the phone and will only reply to emails if several have already been sent. and if you have money as a customer, they try to get rid of you. CZ you should be ashamed of yourself how you deal with paying customers.

Cz are scammers just want to knock money out of your pocket but if you want to rehabilitate and it costs money they refuse your trajectory

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deze review gaat niet over de vestiging in Spijkenisse, maar heeft betrekking op het algemene nummer: Wij als gezin zijn al geruime tijd verzekerd bij CZ. De service richting de klant is van zeer hoog niveau.
Mocht er ooit iets zijn dan doen ze oprecht hun best om mee te denken en gaan oplossingsgericht te werk. Hierbij staat de klant centraal en wordt serieus genomen.
De vriendelijkheid van de medewerkers is heel bijzonder en heb dit bij andere bedrijven helaas wel eens anders ervaren

This review is not about the branch in Spijkenisse, but relates to the general number: We as a family have been insured with CZ for quite some time. The service to the customer is of a very high level.
If there is ever anything, they will do their best to think along and work in a solution-oriented manner. The customer is central and is taken seriously.
The friendliness of the employees is very special and unfortunately I have experienced this differently at other companies

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat ik niet snap is dat mensen reviews plaatsen. Maar niet door hebben dat het over het filiaal gaat in Spijkenisse. De mensen die daar werken helpen je altijd goed en snel. Als je wil klagen over CZ, doe het dan op de hoofdsite.
What I don't understand is why people post reviews. But not realize that it is about the branch in Spijkenisse. The people who work there always help you well and quickly. If you want to complain about CZ, do it on the main site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eergisteren had ik een paar vragen. Ik ben zeer goed geholpen op het kantoor. Op vragen waar niet direct een antwoord was hebben ze een afspraak gemaakt met een deskundige. Ook zij hebben volgens afspraak mij gebeld en goed geholpen. Vandaag kreeg ik ook nog een kaart thuis gestuurd handgeschreven met een persoonlijke boodschap. DANKJEWEL dat doet mij heel goed.

They also called me as agreed and helped me well. Today I also received a card handwritten at home with a personal message. THANK YOU that means a lot to me.
