★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte service, telefonisch polis veranderd, polis zou opgestuurd worden. Vandaag de post, het nieuwe bedrag €25,00 hoger dan door de telefoon gezegd is en de polis om te ondertekenen niet mee gestuurd. Bellen heeft geen zin, 45minuten tot een uur wachttijd.
Bad service, policy changed by phone, policy would be sent. Today the post, the new amount € 25.00 higher than said by phone and the policy to sign was not sent. Calling is useless, 45 minutes to an hour waiting time.
