★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Duidelijke verzekering waar alles goed geregeld is, met n leuk voordellig pakket. Nog belangerijker met n steengoeie klantenservice. Je kan whatssapp doen, facebook, bellen e.d. en ze reageren zeer snel.
Clear insurance where everything is properly arranged, with one nice, attractive package. Even more important with n very good customer service. You can do whatssapp, facebook, call etc. and they respond very quickly.

Cz are scammers just want to knock money out of your pocket but if you want to rehabilitate and it costs money they refuse your trajectory

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly not recommend this company to anyone period.
I and over a hundred of my friends switching to a different insurance company.
The main problems:
not receiving mails with information ( no insurance cards, etc )
login to my CZ is only in Dutch ( the website block google translate app so it's almost impossible to pay for the bills or even get any information for not Dutch-speaking people)
waiting for customer service can last for hours on the phone.
If you looking for a health insurance company the customer service is a priority. Do yourself the favor and stay away from this company. You will not regret.
