Customer friendliness on receipt left something to be desired. Desk clerk was a bit perky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aller slechtste reisbureau in de wereld! Aandacht aan iedereen! Boek niet bij dit bureau! Al de tweede keer dat ze ons slecht behandelen.
Ze hebben ons afgezet voor 700 euro!!!
We hadden een vlucht om 2 uur snacht’s en toen we aankwamen op de luchthaven bleek de vlucht al vertrokken te zijn. Ze hebben ons de verkeerde info doorgegeven.
Na contact op te nemen wouden ze ons zelfs geen compensatie doen. Ook was er geen enkel contact om onze taxi te regelen omdat we later aankwamen op onze bestemming.
Conclusie? Nooit meer boeken wij bij deze afzetters!
Very worst travel agent in the world! Attention to everyone! Do not book with this agency! The second time they treat us badly.
They dropped us off for 700 euros !!!
We had a flight at 2 am and when we arrived at the airport it turned out that the flight had already left. They passed us the wrong info.
After contacting them they wouldn't even compensate us. There was also no contact to arrange our taxi because we arrived at our destination later.
Conclusion? Never again will we book with these salesmen!
