★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fresh and reasonably priced food, with a range of vegetarian and vegan options that are clearly marked. I also noted that the pancake part of their menu was gluten-free. Service a wee bit slow, but they were also not in a hurry to kick me out when I was trying to finish my chapter, so can't really complain! Ideal for a hipster snack on the way to or from the train.
Edit: I went back, and the service really is aggravatingly slow; slow enough that I wouldn't go back. Rating revised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved every bit of this cozy place, right next to the station. We called for a dabbin bagel and Queen of the jungle pancake. It was all so delicious. We were extremely delighted to stumble upon this place and we found so many vegan options. The pancakes were super soft and fluffy made with so much love ? we didn't find them dry. The ladies who managed the bar were so warm and welcoming. Would highly recommend anyone in and around maastricht to visit this. Especially if you're vegan, you HAVE TO GO HERE. loved it. Thank you so much for an amazing breakfast. It made my day ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good vibe - loved the amazonian wallpaper. Lot of olant based options so vegans will be very happy. Quick service and friendly staff. Decent coffee but I am still trying to find my type of artisan coffee here in Maastricht... Fingers crossed.
