I went for a Nano keratin treatment to this salon and it all disappeared after the FIRST wash!!! I spent €300 for nothing! it is a waste of time and a waste of money. -- Response to your reply: I wish you could have been honest in replying to my review. I got a Keratin treatment at your salon and washed my hair after a couple of days and it all disappeared! I gave a call to your salon and your colleague told me that the manager will call me, I didn't receive a call in a few days so I wrote an email to you. (and this email was sent a couple of days after the treatment not a couple of weeks!). I asked you that I would like to come and show you the results and you told me that this is not possible due to the COVID-19 situation. However, I know for a fact that you were open during the COVID-19 twice per week to to be able to supply your customers with products & home color kits. (I got an email about it from you). I am surprised how it was not possible for me to come for a consultation but you were open twice a week for other services! I don't think it would have been very difficult for you to quickly check my hair in the middle of your other services. Specially that the results were very obvious and didn't need any deep inspection! I sent you photos of my hair in my first email and you already saw the very bad results! If you are open now, I would like to come for a consultation, so you can see the results, however, I don't want any other service from you, I was not not happy with your first service why should I waste my time and damage my hair another time to get another service from you again?! That is why I asked for a refund. And I think this is your costumers right and does not mean they are taking advantage of you! Also Google reviews are there for you to try to improve your service with your costumer's experiences. So please instead of accusing your costumers why they didn't like your service, respect them and work on a better service! If I am not happy with your Keratin treatment you'd better know about it. Answering to good reviews with a good manner and to reviews that imply dissatisfaction the way you answered me, is very non-professional. The google review is made to help you and others understand your customer's feelings about your service. Ignoring them or accusing them does not help any body.

I had a haircut with Dany and I absolutely loved it!, he made an amazing work with my hair and gave super useful tips to keep it shiny and healthy. The other members of the staff are very friendly too, besides my beautiful haircut I had a good time here. I will definitely come back! :)

I have definitely found my ride-or-die hairdresser. Stefan is just magic, even if I have no idea what I want to do with my hair he creates the perfect cut and colour combination, and I always walk out feeling amazing. A beautiful salon and lovely people, would 100% recommend!

I got a nice haircut and balayage, it took 3 hours and the result is amazing. The consultation about color, lengths and intensity of the dying was amazing. I am happy that I chose this salon, both Dutch and English speaking haircutters are available and super friendly. Easy to make an appointment online.

Booked in with Sam after a bad color job from somewhere else. She made me feel welcome right away and took the time to consider all options. She works quickly and professional while also being good company to spend a few hours with. My hair looked and felt amazing afterwards, I can only recommend her work!

When I arrived the salon was beautiful, Stefan was my hairdresser, he offered me beverages and a quote on my hair specific for what my hair needed, which turned out to be less expensive, I was slightly anxious for anyone to cut and colour my hair but Stefan through professionalism and great chat made me feel lots better, and the hair colour is a beautiful coffee caramel colour, I love it, thank you for all the haircare advice too! Will be back.

First of all, I want ro say that the service is really amazing. Nice and friendly staff that really takes care of you. I came here for the second time. My first time was last year and I came back because I was very happy wirh the result. I did a balayage and absolutely loved the color and the result in general. As corona happened, I didn't go to the hairdresser again until now. I know, very bad from my side! As I'm pregnant and due in a few weeks, I've been taken a lot of photos and of course want to have amazing pictures to look back on. And so I decided to come back to D01 and make an appointment with the same hairdresser as before as I was so happy last time. When she asked me what I wanted to do with my hair I said that I would love to have exactly the same color as I already had in my hair, a warm blond teint and showed a picture taken by one of her colleagues and posted on Instagram wirh a tag #honeyblonde. As last time, we had a very nice conversation and made me feel very comfortable. Unfortunately the mirrors in the salon are tainted and it's hard to see the actual color, so Samantha took me outside in the sunlight, took a picture of my hair and showed it. On the picture it looked very nice. When I came home however, I saw that the color was not warm blond at all and I actually didn't like the color on me (it makes me look so much older!), but decided that I just had to get used to my new hair. When I went to see my family however, one of my family members told me 'you really shouldn't have gone for that color', another one said 'that color doesn't suit you' and my sister, who did two years of hairdressing academy told me 'where did you cut your hair? It's so thick on the bottom. They forgot to thinnen it out and cut it in, so it doesn't look nice'. You'll understand that after these comments I was left with a confirmation of that the result was definitely not the one that I wanted and, while I really don't care about the haircut (my hair will grow again, no problem), I have been googling what I can do to change the pale blond into a warm blond. My sister already told me to go to another hairdresser, but I really don't have the money to spend another €210. In the meantime, I'm looking for tips on what to do to change the result and make sure I will have the nice pregnancy and postpartum pictures that I so desperately look out for. All in all, I'm giving 3 stars, as service is really nice in the salon and I do realize that because I'm pregnant my hormones might have some influence on the result.

Finally a salon that sells Kevin Murphy on the Haarlemmerdijk! I’ve had appointments with Sam and Stefan. They’re both professional and listened to what I wanted. They are two of the best colorists I’ve ever been to. Highly recommended! I’ll definitely be back :)
