Food poisoning after delivery from Daisuki! I am not going oder here again. I've been a customer for the last 2 years and have always overlooked the late delivery times (which kept me waiting for up to 2h) but not this time. The bad experiences that Ive had in the past together with the food poisoning Ive received this time are unacceptable!!!

They hide their caller ID so that when they try to reach you, the call doesn't go through and they don't deliver the order. Stealing money from their customers.

Edit 26/11/2021: After intervention of the NVWA and remarks from friends that the sushi is back to a respectable quality, i must say after having tried it a couple of times now, they are right. Delivery times are still an issue and wrong orders some times as well, but food quality has dramatically increased. Edited review from 1 star to 4. Original Review from June 2021 below (1 star rating): Stay away from this place. Bad Sushi, Terrible customer service/satisfaction and Horrible delivery times. Up to 2 hours in some cases. Had food poisoning twice after eating their sushi. Decided the first time could have been coincidence, but twice... Because the owner does not respond to claims of food poisoning, i have reported them to the Dutch Food Authorities (NVWA). I suggest if you got poisoned as well, report them so they get closed down. On 31/07/2021, i received the following email reaction from the Dutch Food Authorities (NVWA): "An inspector of the NVWA carried out an inspection following your report to the company you reported. During this inspection, the inspector himself found that the holding did not meet the legal requirements for food safety. This is a violation of the Commodities Act. We can inform you that the NVWA has taken a measure. We may not further inform you of the content of what the inspection has yielded."

The food is not bad... However, they say they'll deliver in 1h when in fact it takes then 1h and 30 min or even 2 hours... Terrible... Happened to me three times already... Besides, I order rolls for 2 people, and they only give 1 pair of chopsticks and very little wasabi and soy sauce... The food: 7/10 :)

Ordering sushi here was a horrible experience. I placed my order at 18:30 and the confirmed delivery time was 19:45. The food only arrived at 21:45. During those two hours I tried to call them 10 times but no one picked up. Even when the delivery guy came with the food, I asked him to call his boss but even then nobody picked up the phone. At the end the sushi was only okay and the Gyoza cold. Never again! I hope others also won't make the mistake of ordering here.

Good quality for a low price. Fresh and tasty sushi. Nice deals on their website, which makes the prices even more attractive.

The food was alright. However, an item was missing, a beverage that I order was not in the bag. When I called the store, the employee was extremely rude since the beginning showing an "I do not care attitude". After explaining the missing item, he just said that they do not have it, not even offering a solution. I asked for a solution and I was just told something vague about a next order then he proceed to hang up on me without notice. I called again demanding an explanation, he was even ruder and then said that the store tried to call me before to let me know that there were no beverages. This was a complete lie since he did no say this in the first call and also my phone never received a call from the store. At this point, I knew it was a lost cause to talk to this employee so I just terminated the call. I will not order from here again, food is good but the customer service is just awful, the employee's attitude ruined my meal honestly. I was asking for something I already paid, and was treated extremely badly and found a complete unhelpful attitude.
