★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful shoes, but the owner of the store does not know the meaning of customer service. There simply isn't any.
I bought a pair of shoes once which were broken after one month. I went back to the store and they referred me to the manufacturer of the brand of the shoes to sort it out with them. This is obviously impossible since I bought the shoes at this store. An unfriendly shoe company who will pull back once the've got your money.

I went in for the first time, and the shop owner was so friendly. I could not decide and in the end did not buy anything but she was extremely patient, and still said ‘you can try anything you like in this store’. Of course that is true, but many other shops do not make you feel as welcome as this one did. 5 star for super attitude.
