★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorly grilled meat (asked for rare steak, and came well done!). Excuse was that rare is not possible because it would be cold in the middle. Shrimps were not cleaned properly and rib eye (19 Euros!) seemed hopelessly far from 220gr (as advertised). Other than that seems like a nice place to have a drink/coffee and gezellig(cozy) atmosphere inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, comfortable interior. Plenty of solid options on the standard menu, and 3 fresh dishes everyday. I would wholeheartedly reccomend this restaurant if you want to turn a good day into a memorable one, especially if you finish with the "noten taart" dessert.

And that's what De Beierd does best: coming up with surprising yet delicious taste combinations to surprise you with different flavours each week!
