★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed the borek, and also the dips. I think the baklava was delicious, almost as yummy as the ones of MADO. But the wait for veggie food is just hard to explain... we got in at 18h and got the entrees at 19h. Anyway, it's a nice meatless alternative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything about this place was great - the food, decor and service. Flatbread pizza was so delicious, and the roasted cauliflower had a wonderful smokiness. Their chai latte was really good, though I was surprised that a place serving vegan food didn't have a non-dairy alternative to the whole milk they used in their chai. Wish I had tummy space for their desserts, which look really good on the menu.

Vegan kapsalon tasted so good, hummus with chickpea and vegan meat tasted delicious and perfect spicy level, and my mother in law enjoyed her cauliflower and sweet potato fries. Therefore I changed the review. Good job Hummus!
Old review: Slow service. We ordered food for 4 people and it took 1 hour for our foods to arrive, while other people who came after us got their foods first. The foods are somewhat overrated too. Vegan kapsalon has more French fries rather than the vegan meat. Bowl of sweet potato fries is very small portion and looks as if they're leftover fries. Perhaps this place is only good for coffee or cake, but not really for meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice middle eastern food. The place is cute to sit in and the waiters are kind. The food arrived fast and the shakshuka and pita were very tasty. The fried cauliflower could've had more flavor and was still hard. The dessert Kunefe was alright, it didn't have that much taste other that fried mozzarella.

We enjoyed the hummus (you would hope as the place is named for it) as it was very creamy and tasty. Pretty good size for the price too!

Great vegetarian options.
Roasted eggplant came with hummus and 2 fresh and colorful salads. It was topped with mint, pomegranate and yogurt. All of these worked well together.
Pita was just-out-of-the-oven fresh!
Kunefeh/Kunafah was delicately flavored with rose and pistachio.
Great vibe, organic and fresh ingredients, beautiful looking dishes, vegan substitute options.
