★ ★ ★ ★ ★ voor het afsluiten van mijn hypotheek 1 jaar geleden ben ik geholpen door Jeroen Smits. dit jaar wilde we graag onze hypotheek verhogen voor een verbouwing. direct de hypotheekshop noord-Brabantlaan gebeld en naar Jeroen gevraagd. Helaas werkte hij er niet meer maar is hij onder dezelfde organisatie voor zichzelf begonnen.
Jeroen weet het je goed uit te leggen en kan het duidelijk maken aan de hand van voorbeelden en berekeningen. Jeroen is een erg prettig persoon waar je goede afspraken mee kan maken. Jeroen is zeker bereid om dat ene stapje meer te zetten en net even verder te kijken om soms net dat ene voor elkaar te krijgen.
mocht ik ooit voor hypotheek zaken weer wat nodig hebben dan ga ik zeker weer terug naar Jeroen.
Jeroen bedankt voor je goede hulp het afgelopen jaar. ik kom zeker nog eens terug voor een bak koffie en een gezellig praatje.

 Before taking out my mortgage 1 year ago, I was helped by Jeroen Smits. this year we wanted to increase our mortgage for a renovation. immediately called the mortgage shop Noord-Brabantlaan and asked about Jeroen. Unfortunately he no longer worked there but started his own business under the same organization.
Jeroen knows how to explain it to you well and can make it clear on the basis of examples and calculations. Jeroen is a very pleasant person with whom you can make good agreements. Jeroen is certainly willing to take that one step more and look just a little further to sometimes get that one thing done.
If I ever need something for mortgage business again, I will definitely go back to Jeroen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was selling my apartment and buying a new house. I had some other loans as well which made my situation pretty complex. But at the end Jeroen Smits found a way to make it happen. Even though with the complex situation, Jeroen did not compromise on the interest rate or the quality of the lender. I got the mortgage to my need with good interest rate. I am happy that I chose Jeroen and will go to him again if any other situation arises.
