He is very open and always very clear in explaining the options and answering our questions. The interest rate keeps changing during the period of our discussion and Frank tried to get an interesting rate for us. In addition, he also helped us managing some other activities, e.g. evaluating the value of current and the new house which saved us a lot of energy. Minus-: The time in processing our case is a bit longer than we expected.

Frank is reachable by phone or email and this is very important for me. Linda Scholten is a great help on the paperwork and communication. As a foreigner, I rely on their expertise and translation to help me to understand the whole process. Just one suggestion is that if they can have English translation for all documents (one time effort) in the process, they can attract more expat using their service. Overall, I am satisfied.

We ran into some challenges with the expiration of our visas and Frank was able to negotiate and manage everything with the bank and the sellers to converge on a solution and transfer on time. We also consulted with one of the big banks and it was clear from the first meeting that the level of service offered by Frank and his office was far beyond that of the bank and at the same rate.
