I am very content to write this review today, trying to explain our personal experience that might help others to choose wisely for a mortgage advisor Our first impression during the orientation meeting was that the mortgage advisor “without mentioning names” was knowledgeable, trustworthy, qualified, structured and competent. While during the journey of finding the first dream house and finalizing the mortgage deal, the real non-competent, non-committed, non-knowledgeable dark side has eventually revealed itself. We were in contact with “Freek Hypotheek Eindhoven” two times lately and definitely not going to happen for a third time. Attempt 1, Sep 2020, finalizing a purchasing deal after signing the contract based on the knowledge and information shared by Freek advisor back then with a full confidence the it will happen. Here you are what happened 1-Not all information and right consideration that we should be aware of was not shared beforehand, neither in time when needed, the justification later was “ohh, I wasn’t aware that the rule changed, none of our office advisor was aware of that ? ” 2-False "proactive" actions was taken without our consent 3-Responses and availability is way far from professional 4-Finally, a bill of 1000 euro was charged without getting the house; was a promise to get 750 euro deducted from the bill in 2021 in case we use Freek service to buy the another house in 2021 Attempt 2, Jan-Feb 2021 1-Recheck, our financial situation and align on new rules / law …etc.; everything seemed under control 2-When real action come into place, I just got informed that a new rule has again changed and it had a big influence on our financial situation that translate into the amount we could borrow was half the amount we were informed couple of weeks before 3-Again, we couldn’t finalize the deal due lack of commitment and being informed in time We would highly recommend have another thought before hiring Freek to be your mortgage advisor

We recently bought our house and had a great experience with Boris and Freek Hypotheek. Initially we were not sure of getting loan but Boris gave us assurance and helped us through the process. Indeed very helpful with all other services as well , definitely recommend to others.

He was quite knowledgeable on best options that would apply to our specific situation, always had clear explanations to help us understand what choices we were making, and made sure to look at different mortgage providers based on the profile we were interested in. He additionally did a lot of checks and support that helped us in getting the home we were interested in. As a company, they also showed a lot of flexibility for arranging appointments at the right time, either at the office or online, given the restrictions.
